Has anyone heard from Paul Hobson since 3:54?

When is that in sideral time?

IMTS "sidereal", of course. You knew that.

I've seen the light and now use a torque wrench for all threaded
fasteners and bottlecaps.

Unfortunately, I have been unable to find the recommended torque spec
for the little knurled nuts on my Presta valves.

Anybody got a definitive answer?

I've been using 0.0000013 ton/furlongs, but I'm not sure that's quite
correct...

Can't help with the Presta valves as the finger and thumb adapter is
missing from my socket set but this should help with those bottlecaps:

Two problems.

Not portable.

The hub would interfere with the tester's mechanism.

Make that three problems; it's also the wrong color.

No, four. No bottle opener.

Five! It has Five! problems: The smallest cap adapter won't work
with a Presta.

Nit picker! I will address those "problems one at a time:
1.) Not portable. Have you heard of a hand truck?
2.) Hub would interfere with texter's mechanism. Take the wheel off the
bike, and tilt the wheel slightly. Possibly unlace the spokes and remove
the hub.
3.) Wrong color. Paint it, or use it in the dark.
4.) No bottle opener. Irrelevant to Presta valves. Bottle openers are
available as an aftermarket accessory. Pull tab cans and screw-top bottles
make this moot.
5.) The smallest cap adapter won't work with a Presta. Well, you've got me
there. I would delete this reply, but I've already hit "Send."
