Who was selling the £80 singlespeed bike?

As subject, my aunt wants a dirt cheap bike that will, hopefully, not be
a target for a thief.
The £80 bike would fit the bill.
Any idea which comapny was selling it?

Decathlon had one in orange for something like that price but I can't
see it on their website now.
