I'm trying to get back to m/h from km. I saw a reference to entering maybe r0m? Or some figure and I think I can get to that mode. Also the left button doesn't seem to work well. apologies if this is wrong forum. I do not group/forum usually I just search Google

Except wtf happened to Google!?!?!? Is it just me? I used to could have got the whole manual for this thing super easy b7 now.

Thx
Bob

I tried searching for "mentor 8 uhh cybman", as you state in the
Subject: line (without the invert comma of course) and I can't find a
thing on Google. Then I tried "mentor 8 cycle meter" and got 433,000
hits in 0.19 seconds.

I thought it was a reference to Dr. Who.

Ok cybman = cyclepro. Google came up with nothing but bs at least in like first ten.

U know like sites that just copy ur search string and ones that want
pay an prolly still don't work. OK anyways so I played with it some
more and it appears to default to 208 per mIle how do I know if that
is correct? 5280 / Pi r ^2 ? Thank you BTW for response.

Well, yes. You know that cybman equates to cyclepro but apparently no
one else does. Why do you expect Google to understand you?

Another thing, your formula (above) seems a bit confusing. If you mean
Pi x (r^2), i.e. Pi times the radius squared you get one answer. If
you mean Pi x (r x 2), i.e., Pi times 2 times twice the radius, the
answer is a bit different. Or perhaps you meant (Pi x r)^2, or the
square of Pi times the radius?

Inexact questions usually result in inexact answers :-)

But if you meant the number of revolutions of the wheel in the
distance of one mile (in feet) then the formula would usually be
expressed as 5280 divided by PiD (where the outside diameter of the
wheel - with tire - is expressed in feet).

How to obtain the O.D. of the wheel-tire? You an look it up on a
chart. See example:
http://www.bikecalc.com/wheel_size_math

Or you can measure it by pushing the bike a distance and measure how
far one revolution of the wheel required.
