Tailing off his term at WADA, President Dick Pound has announced a
Summit meeting to enquire into what further steps can be taken to
eliminate Doping in Cycling

All it seems will be welcome

The United States - An Economic Basket Case

In 2005, GDP was $12.5 Trillion.
And the Total Debt was $39.6 Trillion.

Between 2000 and 2005, for every $1 trillion in GDP growth, the debt
grew $5 Trillion.

In 2006, GDP was $13.2 Trillion, Total Debt was $44+ Trillion.

End of first quarter 2007, total debt is $46 Trillion, with GDP of
$13.5 trillion.

Are you sure he didn't just say eliminate cycling ?
