Bacelona to Carcassonne to watch tour on July 13?

Just taking a shot in the dark here. Am in Barcelona on business,
would be interested in car pooling up the coast and into the mountains
to watch the tour on July 13th. It's about a 300 km drive.

Why not try to get to Pla-de-Beret or at the top of Col du Portillon
the day before? Stage 11 on the 12th is, IMO, the star of this years
tour; 5 major climbs including Tourmalet and Pla-de-Beret. That will
be the stage that should define who the real contenders are this year,
and it is quite a bit closer to Barcelona.
