HS2
Apparently HS2 will cost tax payers £4 Billion per year. At the moment motorway maintenance costs tax payers £10 Billion per year of which £6 Billion is paid for by motorway users. What's the difference apart from the fact that tax payers have been subsidising motorways for decades. |
