Yes, they are joining.
Zabriske too ..... and a recent Paris- Roubaix winner......

So just how does Slipstream acquire an entry to the TdF?

DR

Magnus? Maybe O'Grady, but everyone else is way out of reach. Henk
Vogels would be another good choice with his Boulder background. Or is
he retired?

Bret

I can't see either Boonen or Cancellara joining a Continental team , so I'd
reckon on Stuey joining

Backsted, Van Petegem and Knaven are stil active..

And Van Petegem was on a US team before - Mercury Viatel.

There was speculation about Backstedt when he attended the last
Interbike in Las Vegas.

Looks like it is Backstedt if this information is solid:

Thomas Voeckler too!?

ASO is not swayed in their wildcard selections by the presence of popular French cyclists.

That experience probably wouldn't hasten him
back to another US team.

Man, if Voeckler rides for a US team, Simon Brooke's
brain is going to explode from conflicting loyalties.

I read that he thought it was a great experience apart from the money
problems the team had.

They wear Argyle. He's going to love them.

I can't wait to see Voeckler on nitroglycerine.
