Has anyone have any ideas on how to fix small tears and holes in
compression pants?

Thanks

Nope, but my guess is that you'll need to work on your darning
skills.

What?

Whaddya mean you don't darn your socks?

I think the official line is that you should replace them. Tight,
stretchy material is very hard to mend properly for us ordinary folk.
I have "mended" lycra before, but that's not as tight as compression
gear, and my efforts were pretty poor.

I've got plenty of ideas, but I think that the most practical one would be
"replacement".

Certainly more practical than most of your ideas...

Pray. Even if you think God is a subversive concept.

AKA, replace.

Maybe a vinyl repair kit, but short term to be sure...

Wear two pair.

As long as the tears and holes don't line up, you'll be able to wear them
for decades.

Putting them on and off might be a bit of a challenge...
