A 74-year old Palatine man was found guilty and fined Monday for a September
accident that killed a 19-year-old bicyclist.

Cook County Judge Alfred Levinson ordered William Muzyka to pay $150 and drive
under supervision.

Shortly after 8:30 a.m. Sept. 30, Muzyka was behind the wheel of a 2003 Ford F-
150 truck when he hit bicyclist Christopher Miller, also of Palatine, in the
intersection of Hicks and Providence roads. "
