not seriously injured."

I wonder how a cyclist would have been if he had collided with a lorry and
then smashed through a brick wall on his bicycle?
Just shows how good these crumple zones, seat belts and airbags are.

It's about time they were all fitted to bicycles, too.

How do you know the brakes were at fault?

That would look ridiculous, be impossible to balance, and cause them to go at 5mph as they'd be so heavy, holding us drivers up even more!

Little Tony was staying with his grandmother for a few days.. He'd been playing outside with the other kids for a while when he came into the house and asked her, "Grandma, what's that called when 2 people sleep in the same room and one is on top of the other?"

She was a little taken, but she decided to just tell him the truth. "It's called sexual intercourse, darling".

Little Tony just said, "Oh, OK," and went back outside to play with the other kids.

A few minutes later he came back in and said angrily, "Grandma, it isn't called sexual intercourse. It's called "Bunk Beds". And Jimmy's mom wants to talk to you."

The article is very limited. How do you know he pressed the brake pedal? How do you know it wasn't the lorry at fault? How do you know it wasn't his tyre that was bald?
