Gosh, it doesn't say *anything* about punishing manufacturing companies or distributors (either kind) or coaches, team workers, mules, etc. etc. Just the athletes. Well, they are the easiest targets, even if you can't catch them with ineffective testing protocols and need to use police agencies to find lists of dog names, etc. etc. in order to implicate and expel (punish, punish, punish). Maybe when they start executing by firing squad sport will become clean. Ya think? --D-y |
