The police think it might be the parked car's fault? -- A devout Muslim entered a black cab in London. He curtly asked the cabbie to turn off the radio because as decreed by his religious teaching, he must not listen to music because in the time of the prophet there was no music, especially Western music which is the music of the infidel. The cab driver politely switched off the radio, stopped the cab and opened the door. The Arab asked him, "What are you doing?" The cabbie answered, "In the time of the prophet there were no taxis, so **** off and wait for a camel!!" |

"A CYCLIST has died at a Southampton hospital after a crash with a parked car" "Parked car", "It is understood that the man had lost control of his bike in the moments before the collision and come into contact with the stationary vehicle" So where is the unsafe overtaking driver who caused the crash? |

If no spouse his heirs inherit. Where are the damages? This isn't America. |

If he had home contents cover then the liability section will cover him. Can the victim claim after the policy holder's death? He was alive at the time of the damage. This is how US lawyers heat their pools. |
