I have a pair of those on a one-speed road bike. I ran across them at
a friend's shop, he didn't know where he'd gotten them or what in the
world he would do with them, so he gave them to me.

It's a happy coincidence that most Taiwanese BMX/freestyle hubs from
the pre-14mm axle days have 3/8"-26 threading, just like smelly old
Brit bike rear wheels. Wing nuts are all the front QR a big boy
needs!
