Default what brand is this logo?


yes, yes, I've cross-posted on another forum, I know, but I bragged to
the owner of the frame that I could use my internet 'powers' to find
out what it is

it's just some steel frame which is at least 10 years old, and
has Columbus dropouts.
All the lugs look standard to me

Any serial numbers on the underside of the bottom bracket?

Cant ident from that although the second symbol is the katakana/kanji
for 2 , Ni which points to it possibly being a Japanese frame.

I could say that this is a symbol used in Oz to say that the Pee house
is to the left of the bars, but it'd be a wisecrack so I won't.

If you don't get an answer here, bikeforums have a section where history
buffs hang out. Try there.
