Le Journal du Dimanche has outed three other riders who tested positive for
EPO along with Lance Armstrong on the 1999 Tour de France: Denmark's Bo
Hamburger, Spain's Manuel Beltran, and Colombian rider Jose Joachim
Castelblanco were named by the French Sunday newspaper.

Another case of journalism a deux vitesses. It's been known here on RBR for
two weeks.

Ignorant of the french language, I tried google translate, here's the
start of what google came upe with:

"""
Radioscopy. Where does cycling go? Each day, meetings and testimonys
with those, obscure or more known, which make the daily newspaper of the
Turn.

How urinary controls take again the high-speed motorboat
"""

Hmm, I have no idea how aquatic racing now relates to all that.

It has a profound, poetic ring to it.

All men dream, but not equally.
Those who dream by night in the dusty
recesses of their minds
Awake to find that it was vanity;
But the dreamers of day are dangerous men,
That they may act their dreams with open eyes to make it possible.

I have a question for you, so I'll type slow:

Why are you posting drivel about the law and regulations, when the
point is the l'Equipe hunt/investigation had no regard for them?
