Default Parking at Mascot

Couple of years ago I rode out from the city to Mascot, past the
domestic terminal, then to the overseas terminal and then back via
Kensigton and Anzac parade.

I wasn't terribly observant, and will be travelling to Sydney to see
someone off from the o'seas terminal in October. Is there anywhere you
can safely tie up your bike without invoking the wrath of the owners?

I might get to Sydney in a few weeks time and do a bit of a recce but
would be nice to know what to look for first.

TIA
