A guy from my club who works full-time and recently finished business
school got third in that. No mention of him in the Velo-News report,
but lots of talk about other former pros who did worse.

Thanks,

If there's one thing we can be assured of, criteriums leave nothing to
chance. If you win a criterium it means that you're the greatest criterium
racer there that day. Right?

Then there's Elite Masters Category 5.

Ignorance is Strength
Freedom is Slavery
Cat 5 is Elite

Oh well, there are bigger things to get worked up about...even here on rbr.

Not just us:

http://nl.wikipedia.org/wiki/Belgisc...de r_contract

Sort of odd that such races used to be won by
22 year olds and now are won by 32 year olds
(has beens). Probably has something to do with
the rise of "pro" development squads; the good
22 year olds now have contracts.

Yeah, you have to excuse us. USA Cycling is run by a bunch of corrupt
idiots who think by having more people win a national championships, the
more people will get into the sport (read: pay them a $100+ license fee).

That's why we give away something like 120 national champions jerseys a
year and why everyone and their uncle has one.
