Default Keywin pedals?

Anyone know about Keywin pedals? The Nashbar catalog states 3 bolt LOOK
pattern. Does this mean LOOK cleats can be used with them, as when one buys
a pair catalog states the come with cleats?

The cleats are specific to the pedal; Look brand cleats will not fit Keywin
pedals. The cleats use the 3-bolt Look pattern and will fit any cycling
shoe that has that pattern built into its sole. I found a picture of the
