FS: New Shimano Ultegra components

A fellow is coming next weekend to pick up several Mavic and Campy
wheelsets, Pogliaghi and Bianchi frames, and many other parts from me
as I come to the end of my inventory of bike stock. While I was
packing his boxes up yesterday, I found a sealed box of new Shimano
Ultegra parts that I must have saved to use as a build kit or as
replacement parts for some of the Shimano Ultegra bikes I had built
up.

I am going to list them here before they go to eBay. All prices
include free USPS Priority Mail shipping to the lower 48 United
States, but insurance is $2 extra if you want it.
