Default Organisers of UK cycle race face court after spectator killed by abicycle.

Killed by a flying bicycle.
‘A rider came down and came off his bike, which went flying through the
air and right into the crowd of people watching.
‘It came down into the spectators but Judith was the only one who was hit.
‘She was unconscious and had suffered a really bad head injury. Her
boyfriend didn’t see what happened but as soon as he got a message, he
came down to her.

This was three years ago, apparently.

But I don't recall it being reported at the time.

I believe I posted it at the time.

It is amazing that it takes something so long to be processed through,
and into, the legal system.

Fair enough.

[Cue TMS320 claiming that it's nothing to do with cycling.]

When your replies justify them, you will get civil responses.

Well, there you are.

I never give anyone (including you) anything BUT civil responses. It's a
shame you don't often reciprocate, isn't it?
