The benefits of cycling
I have been deligently improving my cycling abilities (and I hope to do
more). I am now able to ride to what may become a new municipal complex for this area. The ride is under 20 miles and filled with adventures along the way. There are a lot of beautiful abandoned railroad beds around. Being outdoors cures many ailments.
