Default Sturmey Dynohub: Instructions?

The thing came today X-FDD.

Not a thing in the way of parts list or installation
instructions.

Sturmey's web page has a "PDF Specs & Manual" image on it, but
there's no click event behind it. Other hubs, you click on a
similar image and a manual and/or parts list comes up.

Mostly it seems pretty obvious, but I've got two concerns:
------------------------------------------------------------------
1) Which side the reaction arm should go on. I'm guessing left.

2) How does the electrical connection work? Seems like it's
calling out for a wire threaded through the little slide-on
and then terminated by some sort of spade connector that gives
contact with the flat plates underneath and prevents loss of
the slide on when changing a tire.
------------------------------------------------------------------

Any X-FDD users out there?
