Keeping The Recreational Economy Going With Bicycles
Not just cycling but all recreational stuff is sold out, caravans [RVs], sport fishing boats and peripherals. I ride old unsupported stuff which makes me nervous.
Anyway a relative needed to drop off a boat in another state then return home. Only there was no other boat to tow for the return trip and the boat trailer was in Florida. Solution? Load 2 bicycles into the boat and cycle back up the beach after the sale! They only passed 8 people on the 40 km return trip so social distancing was achieved. In case you are wondering the boat leg wasn't much faster than the cycling leg. Bret Cahill |
