Tour de Toona to expand in 2006?

Ambitious plans to expand the Tour de Toona to a ten-day race have been
postponed to 2006. The article doesn't say so, but it's been mentioned
in the past that this would involve seeking Grand Tour status for the
women's race.

It will happen when it happens. I seem to recall similar comments back
when they had the crit in Pittsburg. One thing about the current Toona
is that you can get a bed and breakfast in some place like
Hollidaysburg and get easily to all the races (except a place like
Pittsburg). Wonder if they lose that if and when they expand.
