Does anyone know where I can get a complete list of riders banned from

Cyclingnews.com, velonews.com, procycling.com, eurosport.com, sports.yahoo.com, AP, Rueters. Or just ask Lafferty. And actually, the Tour (itself) did not ban anyone. They had asked Astana/Wurth to withdraw, and told them they were not welcome. Ultimately, the directors of the teams of the riders in question voted unanimously to withdraw any of their riders who had been named in the scandal. They voted to follow the conduct they were already bound to follow by ProTour's rules. Astana had to pull itself out because it did not have enough riders left over to be within the Tour's race rules on team composition.
