Attempts to play with a variety of players, even with advanced codex shows bizarre skipping (like jumping to every 10th or 20th frame. So it plays, just not decipherable. -B |

Caution, I think the files are corrupted. They're absolutely fine. Bittorrent files don't arrive sequentially. With a graphical client like http://azureus.sourceforge.net/ you can see which parts are already complete. Also, it wouldn't be normal for bittorrent to corrupt files - if you are using an older client it may appear to get all the files at once and then 'fill them in' I think I'll try again. Once I get the .vob files, should I then burn them to a DVD and play them in my DVD player? Usually .vob files will play even when partially downloaded in my PC-DVD drive, but these skip and act strangely, as though I don't have the right codex. Thanks! -B |

I've got the first two smaller .vob files, and about 80% of the first large .vob. Still getting that skipping with CD 2 download, though. Fingers crossed. -B |

I don't have the original torrent file anymore, and also don't plan on sharing them from scratch now, sorry. -- Firefox Web Browser - Rediscover the web - http://getffox.com/ Thunderbird E-mail and Newsgroups - http://gettbird.com/ |
