Looking for one of these, DA 7410 tapered spindle, 103mm width, need a
70 shell (Italian).

We have these as well as the FSA version, 103mm, JIS square taper-call the
shop.

adr- I was told that you can use any 7410 and then just switch out the
mounting
cups. BRBR

That is correct, you can use cups from a UN-72, for instance.
