Default David Millar Book?

Ghosted by William Fotheringham ("Put Me Back On My Bike")?

Judging by PMBOMB, this could be a fair telling of the story.
Speaking personally, I'm looking forward to this one. PMBOMB is a
truly superior and successful effort, IMHO.

Is there a hint of the seasonal Walsh opus, or did Novitsky warn him
off?
Whew, I bet there's a quandary. If he waits, and the best they can do
is give Lance a parking ticket sometime next year, with no proper
regard for the racing calendar, it all could go thud. Especially
because racing is almost completely clean now. Except of course for
the guy leading the Giro-- well, what moo-re need be said?
