Default Durable 23c or 25c Road Tires - Recommendations?

Continental Grand Prix 3000 tires, 25mm.
Excellent low-leakage tubes (michelin).
KEEP THEM INFLATED !!

I never had a pinch flat, despite weighing 225 lbs.
If you ride a 23mm tire you will suffer a death of 1000 pinches !!!
