Default Driver filmed punching cyclist on ground but police handling of roadrage incident slammed by Olympian Chris Boardman

A cyclist was punched in the head by a motorist who he claims knocked
him off his bike after the pair got into an argument over road usage.

The rider, known online as Wolf Simpson, posted helmet cam footage of
the moment he claims the driver 'played chicken' with him in the middle
of the road before turning his car around and following him through an
industrial estate.

He claims the driver told him he should be riding on the path, instead
of the road - before turning his car wheel into his bike, causing him to
fall off.

So the cyclist did not even try to fight back. He just let it happen.

How does this justify assault with a deadly weapon followed by assault causing ABH with a side order of dangerous driving and criminal damage?

Cyclists who ride around with helmet cams are deliberately looking for trouble. They taunt motorists until they lose their temper.
