Knee/back pain, just adjusting to the new bike
So the Volpe has seemingly been going okay, but I must be one tender pup
when it comes to my bike, because today I've started feeling a little knee pain and slight lower back pain. I'd like to think it's related to the fact that I didn't have a rack on it for a week and used it with panniers. But I'm worried that it may still be the bike. Ugh. Preston |

So what's changed on the new bike vs old? Same shoes & cleats (still in the same places)? Seat height same as before? Or is it possible that you're having too much fun with it and overdoing things a bit? --Mike Jacoubowsky Chain Reaction Bicycles www.ChainReaction.com IMBA, BikesBelong, NBDA member |
