Default Out To get Tyler

Do these people know something US Tyler tifosi don't? Now challenging
Tyler's Gold medal a

1. Ekimov
2. Russian Olympic Committee
3. Michael Rogers
4. Australian Olympic Committee

Damning with faint praise by his non-involvment in the CAS proceeding is
Bobby J. who stated to the NY Times:

One American cyclist at the show, Bobby Julich, had other questions. Julich
had roomed with Hamilton in Athens and won the bronze medal in the time
trial. He said the suspicions about Hamilton "go against everything I've
ever known from the guy." But, he added: "The rest of us at the Olympics
passed the test. Why didn't he?"

Julich took a deep breath.

"I'm sick of people who cheat, sick of cleaning up their mess and trying to
explain it," he said.

Then, a pause.

"There is heavy evidence against him," he said. "With that much evidence, I
don't know how he's going to get out of it."

Aren't the respective OC's challenging on behalf of Ekimov and Rogers? Or
are there four seperate challenges?

Isn't Julich helping to clean up the mess by not challenging for the silver?

Apparently the OCs can't or won't challenge without the approval of the
rider who will benifet if the appeal is successful.

Isn't Julich helping to clean up the mess by not challenging for the
silver?

I think USAC/USADA political correctness dictate that he stay out of the
matter. His own commercial interests could also dictate that. Can he put in
for a medal upgrade on the USAC web site. ;-)

Hey douchebag Laffery,

Tyler's Olympic test was deemed NEGATIVE. Without a B sample, it's
NEGATIVE under the rules. How are those federations going to convince
the CAS to get around that RULE?

There is no legal case here.

Your little list there of 4 entities is a list of clueless jackasses
wasting their federations money on attorneys who have convinced them
they can win this case, but in reality are just milking them for legal fees.

As for Bobby J., what the **** does he know about the blood transfusion
test? Tyler's going to remember him when he comes crawling back....no
15% discount at Tugboat's Bike & Ride in Marblehead.

Magilla,

He also failed the Vuelta controls. And what about Perez, his teammate,
being busted too? I'm proud to be an American, but it looks really ****ing
bad for Tyler, like it or not.
