Default stronglight bottom bracket

howdy folks,
do i need a new tool to install the stronglight jp400 b/b? i already have
the shimano tool for splined b/b. looking at pics from the www the shimano
tool and b/b seem to match up but not 100% sure.

The splines in the cups are the same. Your Shimano tool will work
without compromise.

cheers,i called the bike shop because they hadn`t replied to my email and
they said the same. looks like i wont be grovelling quite so much up the 1
in 4`s in my area. winnats pass here i come this weekend )
