Jailed for it, perhaps screaming **** you at the prosecutor did not help.

The youngster was left with a broken arm and has a permanent dent in his
head

Just look at the photo of the Neanderthal. Typical low brow cyclist.

He shouted 'f*** you' at the prosecutor and was later jailed for seven weeks
on Tuesday.
Oh, the pillock found out that the law DOES apply to scum cyclists and the
lump of **** was upset.

The Judge "added that his case was further affected by the fact that he
already had a suspended sentence for a battery offence, of which he was
convicted in 2016".
Typical scum cyclist. Yet another arsehole in jail. I really hope the ****
gets a very hard time.

I hope the parents sue that child's helmet manufacturer for selling a sub-standard product.

Crikey - I hope that they are not going to start jailing every cyclist who has
insufficient braking. The bloody jails are going to be full and brimming over.

Only 27 weeks in chokey?

Way too lenient.

Should have been the same sentence as it would have been if the
assault/attempted murder had been carried out with a baseball bat.

QUOTE:
The cyclist appeared in the dock at Reading Crown Court where he
admitted a charge of causing bodily harm by willful misconduct.
He shouted 'f*** you' at the prosecutor and was later jailed for 27
weeks on Tuesday.
The judge told him: 'This offence is so serious that only a custodial
sentence can be justified.'
ENDQUOTE

It looks encourtagingly as though the "outdated" law used in
killer-cyclist Alliston's case was getting another outing there...
