31 drivers have been pulled over by police in Hull

I suspect the cyclists were 'Cycling in the middle of the road', apparently that justifies attempted murder.

I suspect the cyclists were 'Cycling in the middle of the road', apparently that justifies attempted murder.

I know that road as I used to live near there and it is so narrow that you could be in the gutter and still be passed too closely.
