Basso has never been the same since he came back from his ban for "thinking
about doping". I wonder why?

The real question is why "cycling" Operacion-Puerto'd the 2006 Tour in June instead of August. I'll never forgive them for that. (Ref: Basso -9'18" GC 1st, Giro d'Italia 2006)

Dumbass,

He's older. He's 34 now.

I guess this means the rest of the peloton will be using O.symetric
chainrings next year.

Technically they may work (I dunno) but they look horrible in motion with the
chain whipping up and down.

No kidding, the opportunity for the chain to come off must increase by a significant factor. As for whether it works, you can't use the fact that the 1st and 2nd place finishers used them. They would probably have been 1st and second with round chain rings on a Huffy.
Does the adjusted speed of the lower limbs increase the efficiency of the pedal stroke with a potential of providing more power to the back wheel? One would think they've tested this again with a positive result but I'm speculating.

Apparently (after some Googling) they can give a 12 watt power boost,
however they can really ****-up front ring shifting too

Who did the tests, the manufacturer or an independent body ?
