Default Woodford Faucet Key--Essential Items for Long Rides

I was on a ride on Saturday with extended family. It was a hot day, and
when we wanted to refill water bottles at a park along the way, it was
problematic because there was only a drinking fountain with a very weak
stream which meant it wasn't possible to get much water into the bottle.

However a long time ago I started carrying along one of those faucet
keys that turns on water faucets that don't have a handle,
"http://www.lockeplumbing.com/data/images/WOO-RK-STK.jpg" because I kept
running into situations where it was the only way to get water. Even
with pliers it's hard to turn on those faucets because they have the
outer ring around the square thingee (to prevent people from using
pliers or wrenches).

I was able to help a bunch of cyclists get water on Saturday, who
otherwise would have to use the method of filling their mouth with water
from the drinking fountaind and spitting it into the bottle.

Remember to always let the water run for one minute before filling your
bottle as these faucets are often rarely used. Running it for one minute
gets rid of the water that may have been sitting in the pipe and faucet
for a while, which can contain lead. These keys usually cost around
$1.50 or so at hardware stores.

This makes perfect sense, but it certainly sounds strange.
