Cyclist James Dane, 42, head of IT at a financial company in the City,
said he saw the man being treated as he made his way to work.
He told the Standard: “What I saw was a cab with the back window
smashed, glass all over the floor immediately behind the cab and a
cyclist with a blood-splattered face being tended to.

Not so sure about "not life-threatening". I once witnessed a collision
where a bike-rider hit the back of a stationary black cab. He didn't
even manage to smash the glass, but was rendered permanently
quadraplegic. This all came out at the later court hearing.

As some of the commentators are pointing out, what probably happened is
that the taxi driver passed the cyclist and then 'brake checked' him with
just a bit too much vigour.

No helmet cam, no witnesses willing to come forward, solution: blame the
Joooooo of the road.

It is about people that cyclists in the UK have to share the roads with.
When you post your sarky comments about bicycle users running into
things what do you expect in return?

Clearly the army trucks should have been wearing yellow vests, because
drivers shouldn't have to pay attention to what they're driving towards.
