Its happened again: cyclist rides straight into a parked lorry

At cyclist speeds and given their manouevrabilty, plus their incredibly
short stopping distance, how can this happen?

Perhaps he had adopted what I believe is known as the Mason Method.

Don't look where you are going - but concentrate on just the yard of tarmac in
front of the bike. Unless he had had a glugg or two - I understand that some
cyclists do like their tipple.
