laptop bag recommendations?

Hello,

I'm looking around for a laptop bag. I ride a recumbent trike, so I'll
take it off while I ride. Recommendations?

Put the laptop in a big padded envelope. Put the envelope in a pannier.

I think the important factor isn't "recumbent trike", but what sort of
luggage carrying facilities said trike has.

Standard rack, unobstructed seat back, nothing much?
