Default Cycling on a Refinery Site - H&S

"The instructor did not even know that speed limits do not apply to
cyclists either when I pointed out that our site 15mph limit does not
apply to me and that the man with the speed gun laughs when I pass him
by at 20mph plus."

Sounds like a career limiting statement from Numb-nuts Mason in URCM.

He works in a refinery where there is a speed limit of 15mph. He claims that
this limit does not apply to him.

I wonder how he knows? Is there anyone here who is a BP shareholder? If so,
do you know - or could you find out?
