Default Are cyclists now Police?

Mr Williams told the court he tried to pull in front of the minibus at
the junction to indicate the driver was in the wrong place. FFS

The court was told Bennett then sped off when the traffic lights turned
green, driving over the wheel, mudguard and gears of the bicycle. So
presumably the bicycle was lying in the road.

"Mr Williams told the court he tried to pull in front of the minibus at
the junction to indicate the driver was in the wrong place.
He said: “The driver was clearly aware of me as they were looking at me
and gesturing. I was not getting a response so I took a photo.”"

Typical psycholist. First he sticks his nose in, then has to use a
compo cam.

No wonder people despise cyclists.

Dave - Cyclists VOR. "Many people barely recognise the bicycle as a
legitimate mode of transport; it is either a toy for children or a
vehicle fit only for the poor and/or strange," Dave Horton, of Lancaster
University, wrote in an interim assessment of the Understanding Walking
and Cycling study. "For them, cycling is a bit embarrassing, they fail
to see its purpose, and have no interest in integrating it into their
lives, certainly on a regular basis."

I accept he provoked you, this however doesn’t give you any right to run over
his bicycle. It was only by luck he was not injured.

I suspect there is a "bad" missing from the report

Mrcheerful put finger to keyboard:

This comment made me laugh:

"Hurrah! One less moron on the road. Until he gets his bike fixed, at
least."

Stupid minibus driver, stupid cyclist by the sound of it.
