Police seeking cyclist who assaulted driver
http://www.cambridge-news.co.uk/Home...t-23042012.htm
A cyclist assaulted a motorist in a road rage attack in Cambridge. Detectives are appealing for witnesses to the daylight incident which happened at traffic lights in Milton Road. The 30-year-old victim was driving along the road when he stopped at the lights at the Cowley Road junction when an altercation occurred between him and a cyclist, during which the victim was hit in the face, suffering minor injuries. The cyclist is a white man, described as between 30 and 40, six foot, slim with short blond or ginger hair. He was wearing a beige jacket, a black and red rucksack and was riding a black mountain bike. The cyclist was with another person at the time of the assault which occurred at about 3.20pm on Thursday last week. Det Con Katie Maruzzi, investigating, said: "This incident happened during a busy part of the day and I would urge anyone who witnessed it to contact me. "The cyclist was cycling with another person at the time of the altercation and I would urge them to get in touch." Anyone with information should contact Det Con Maruzzi on 101 or Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555 111. |

If that were the case, he'd have no difficulty in contacting the police and explaining it to them. Or not, as the case may be. |
