Default Hammond Positive for Pain Killers!!!!

Roger Hammond broke his thumb on Wed and he's racing P-R tomorrow. So I'm
wondering what's not on the banned substance list besides aspirin that they
can use to kill the pain? About all the cyclingnews article says is he'll
have a plaster cast on it.

What is with the stupid misleading subject line(s)? I guess we are
seeing the trickle down influence of these maggots (CP, MG et al) that
post 50 to 100 times per day with nothing but BS.

Tylenol, Advil, Naprosyn and maybe a few others I am forgetting. BTW,
the term "painkiller" is a huge misnomer. Most of those drugs and even
opioid pain meds are for "pain management". Any serious pain is not
going to be "killed" by any aural anesthetic. I suppose he could also
ask for a local anesthetic but that would perhaps lead to other
problems. I personally would not let him race unless there just is
nobody else that has the form. I guess since he was on the podium last
year it would be really hard to say "no" to him though.

Surely you remember Saiz's ability to kill the pain of his riders by
screaming 'Venga, venga, venga'? That's got to be a pretty strong aural
anaesthetic.
