Default Major decrease in bicycling

I predict that if the idiots, jobsworths, general change laws for changes
sake people and talkback hosts ,get their way regarding licensing and
insuring bicycles, that there will be a major decline in bicycle
use, which is probably what they want.

That 2UE Justin smith was at it again to all and sundry and the roads
minister who is already pro registration and insurance for bicycles.
He keeps bringing up emotive instances of people hurt by bicycles who
are out by thousands of dollars with no redress.
He would inconvenience thousands of riders with something which when
started would grow into a monster when what he should be pushing is some
sort of insurance covered by the government to cover the miniscule
amount of such cases

Idiot Jobsworth General sounds like a 19th century bureaucrat.
Does he have an adjutant comptroller in the next desk?
