Default No Strenuous Exercise for 2 Weeks Once You Test +

None. Your exercise for 2 weeks should be rolling over in bed, walking to the mail box, etc.

NOTHING MORE.

I sleep for a day or so to get rid of a cold then do sprints to clear the phlegm out of the lungs.

Do NOT do that with CV-19. Even if you feel better after 2 days, wait 2 weeks.

Back in February when the Italians said "this is not the flu" I had exactly zero reason to believe they were lying. I didn't need to be told twice.
