Of course if he had returned home to find his house had been burgled these same Police would give him a crime report number and tell him to claim off his fridge-freezer insurance. |

Erm they weren't police they were park rangers and it wasn't a toll he refused to pay, it was an admission fee (access fee) . But breaking someones arm hardly seems to be use of 'reasonable force'. |

Toll or fee, the word makes no difference to what happened. He didn't pay nor show proof of entitlement to be there, then got stroppy leading to his arrest and injured himself while resisting arrest, perhaps he will learn a lesson from this and keep to the law in future and answer questions politely. Of course, he won't, he is an entitled cyclist. |
