Bicycle lights have to comply to BS6102/3 AFAIK, or an equivalent from a member European state.

I use German lights.

Will they still be legal after Brexit?

You can use it a bicycle manufactured before Oct 1990 provided it is visible at a reasonable distance.

If so, manufacturers will have to supply BS lights again. Just imagine,
Never Ready lamps might return to the shops.

It was a sad day when they disappeared after the cunning Japanese had
flooded the market with non-conforming lamps. Where was the fun in
having a lamp with bulb that was brighter than a tired glowworm and
battery contacts that didn't tarnish to insulators whenever the humidity
went above 50%?

Rose coloured spectacles. Mine never worked that well.

The government has announced that all existing EU law will be subsumed
into UK law and that subsequently, each provision will be reconsidered
on its merits.

So German bicycle lamps (assuming it to be compliant at the moment)
should be legally acceptable in the UK for some time yet.

At least until the batteries run down, if not longer.
