Blowouts on the front are bad news if they're _wide_ tires, and you must stop
instantly if not sooner. With narrow tires, you can perhaps ride the flat successfully to a later stop. With wide tires, steering reverses in a flat, and balance becomes impossible. You steer the rim inside the casing, and the casing goes the other way, along with the contact point you wanted to steer. Wide = 26x2 and probably narrower than that too.
