Default New Bicycle Trail Dedicated

Bike trail dedication

West Chester Township representatives will dedicate a 2-mile bike trail and
conservation area today. The Upper Mill Creek Conservation Corridor and Port
Union Historic Canal Trail will be dedicated at an 11:30 a.m. ceremony. The
multipurpose paved path is 10-feet wide and follows the towpath of the former
Miami-Erie Canal from Ohio 747 to the township line at Union Centre Boulevard.
The trail will eventually connect West Chester to the Miami 2 Miami Bike Trail,
a path planned to connect the Little Miami and Great Miami rivers through Butler
and Warren counties. It is also a part of a conservation corridor that will span
51/2 miles and encompass more than 500 acres within the floodplain of the Mill
Creek.

a 2-mile bike trail

This new MUPP is only slightly longer than its name: The Upper Mill
Creek Conservation Corridor and Port Union Historic Canal Trail.

Ah, Ohio.

It would be very helpful if people would give an indication
(e.g. in the Subject line) where on Earth their rides/trails are,
when posting to the entire planet. "Ohio", "Wales", "NYC", etc. are
probably generally understood; "West Chester Township" is not.
Thank you.
